On Instagram, food expert Svitlana Levytska posted a recipe for flavorful lemon pancakes according to the New York Times recipe. They are very easy to prepare, so every housewife can make them.
Ingredients
- sugar - 50 g
- lemon zest - 1 pc
- flour - 100 g
- salt - ¾ tsp
- baking powder - 1.5 tsp
- vanilla sugar
- eggs - 3 pcs
- ricotta - 170 g
- milk - 60 ml
- melted butter - 25 g
Method of preparation
1. Grate lemon zest, add to sugar and grind with your hands.
2. Add eggs, ricotta and melted butter. Mix well.
3. Add flour mixed with baking powder and salt and pour in milk.
4. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.
5. Grill.
6. Serve with ricotta and jam to taste.
