Ingredients
- sugar - 50 g
- lemon zest - 1 pc
- flour - 100 g
- salt - ¾ tsp
- baking powder - 1.5 tsp
- vanilla sugar
- eggs - 3 pcs
- ricotta - 170 g
- milk - 60 ml
- melted butter - 25 g
Method of preparation
1. Grate lemon zest, add to sugar and grind with your hands.
2. Add eggs, ricotta and melted butter. Mix well.
