In the fall, fresh apples and carrots should be added to the syrnyky. These ingredients will make the curd dough extremely juicy and fluffy. In addition, the products hold their shape perfectly and do not fall apart.
The idea of making fall syrnyky with carrots and apples was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Khrystyna with the nickname kris_estet. Don't forget cinnamon.
Ingredients:
- 200 g of cottage cheese 5%
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 apple
- half a small carrot
- 2 tablespoons of flour + for forming cheesecakes
- 1-2 tablespoons of sugar
- cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Method of preparation:
1. Add yolk and sugar to the cottage cheese and mix.
2. Grate carrots on a fine grater and apple on a coarse grater.
3. Pour lemon juice over so that it does not darken.
4. Combine cheese mass, carrots, and apple.
5. Add flour and knead everything.
6. Form syrnyky.
7. Fry in a well-heated frying pan.
8. Serve with condensed milk.
