Extremely lazy khachapuri: even a child can prepare it
Khachapuri is the true star of Georgian cuisine, prepared with yeast dough and cheese. Many years ago, this dish entered the diets of Ukrainians and became almost a native one. That is why, over time, recipes for this dish began to appear that were easier, faster, and more modernized to Ukrainian realities.
Food blogger Olena Kudriavtseva shared one of them on Instagram. She posted a recipe for lazy khachapuri that even a child can make.
Ingredients
- cottage cheese - 300 g
- eggs - 3 pcs
- hard cheese - 70 g
- rice flour - 70 g
- baking powder - ½ tsp
- butter - 30 g, optional
- oil for frying
Method of preparation
1. If the cottage cheese is too grainy, add eggs and beat it with a blender.
2. If it is not, simply mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl and beat until smooth.
3. The last step is to add hard cheese, grated on a coarse grater.
4. Put the dough in a well-heated frying pan, grease it with oil, flatten, cover with a lid and fry it until the top of the dough is set.
5. Turn the khachapuri over and fry until golden brown.
6. Grease the finished khachapuri with butter.
