Exquisite salad for the New Year's table: a delicious and unusual dish

It's time to start preparing for the New Year's Eve celebration. Usually, this process starts with the search for new, interesting recipes to surprise guests and family who will gather at the table on New Year's Eve.

Food blogger Ksenia Radostina posted just such a recipe on Instagram. She called this salad "Exquisite." It not only tastes delicious but also has quite a festive look.

Ingredients

• rice - 1 glass
• cream cheese - 180 g
• red fish - 150 g
• cucumber - 1 pc
• caviar - 200 g

Method of preparation

1. Put a cooking ring on a flat plate.

2. Boil the rice until tender and cool. Put it in the ring and smooth out.

3. Grease it with the second layer - cream cheese.

4. Next layer diced red fish.

5. Spread the rice layer again and grease it with cream cheese too.

6. The next layer is fresh cucumber cut into cubes.

7. Then again a layer of rice and a layer of cream cheese.

8. The last layer is red caviar.

9. Remove the cooking ring and serve.
