Red fish rolls are quick to prepare and look delicious. Just 15 minutes, a few available ingredients, and you have a dish that will impress your guests with its tenderness and exquisite taste.

The idea of making basic salmon rolls was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Nataliia with the nickname nata.cooking. It is the perfect combination of ease of preparation and elegance of presentation.

Ingredients:

  • eggs – 5 pcs.
  • sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • flour – 1 tbsp
  • hard cheese – 50 g
  • spices – to taste

Ingredients for the filling:

  • lightly salted salmon – 150-180 g
  • half a small cucumber
  • cream cheese – 150 g
  • herbs

Method of preparation:

1. For the omelet, combine eggs and spices, beat, add flour, sour cream, grated cheese, and mix.

2. Pour the mixture into a baking dish covered with parchment.

3. Bake at 175 degrees for 15 minutes.

4. For the filling, cut the salmon into small cubes or slices.

5. Also cut the cucumber into cubes, slices, or strips, and be sure to pat it well with a paper towel to remove excess moisture before adding it to the filling.

6. Combine everything, adding cream cheese and herbs.

7. Put the filling on the finished cold omelet and roll it into a tight roll (if sliced, grease the omelet with cream cheese, then put the rest of the ingredients on top).

8. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to stabilize.

9. Cut into portions.
