Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 120 g
- cocoa - 30 g
- a pinch of salt
- butter - 65 g
- honey - 2 tbsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- flour - 240 g
Ingredients for the cream:
- cream 33% - 400 ml.
- condensed milk (toffee) - a can
Method of preparation:
1. Combine sugar, cocoa, honey, eggs, and butter and put on fire.
2. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
3. Add the baking soda.
4. Wait until the mass has cooled, add flour, knead the dough, and divide it into pieces.
5. Roll out the cakes to the diameter of the pan.
6. Fry on a dry frying pan (over medium heat) on both sides for about 3 minutes.
7. For the cream, whip the cream until it peaks and add a can of condensed milk.
8. Beat until smooth.
9. Grease the cakes.
10. Put in the refrigerator overnight.
