Dumplings in a frying pan: how to cook a familiar dish in a new way

Ingredients
- Dumplings - 500 gr.
- Butter - 40-50 gr.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- Water - 250 ml.
- Cheese - 150 gr.
- Salt
- Pepper
- Herbs and parsley
Method of preparation
1. Put the dumplings in a preheated frying pan with butter.
2. Fry the dumplings until golden brown over medium heat, stirring constantly.
3. Add sour cream, salt, black pepper and water. Stir and simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat under a lid.
4. Sprinkle with cheese, let it melt, remove from heat and garnish with herbs.
