Dumplings in a frying pan: how to cook a familiar dish in a new way

Most people use the traditional method of cooking dumplings, but why not diversify this dish by adding spice and a new flavor to it. A food blogger with the nickname iriska dimitrova shared how to cook dumplings in a pan on Instagram.

Ingredients
- Dumplings - 500 gr.
- Butter - 40-50 gr.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- Water - 250 ml.
- Cheese - 150 gr.
- Salt
- Pepper
- Herbs and parsley
Method of preparation
1. Put the dumplings in a preheated frying pan with butter.
Fry the dumplings.

2. Fry the dumplings until golden brown over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Add sour cream.

3. Add sour cream, salt, black pepper and water. Stir and simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat under a lid.
Add the cheese.

4. Sprinkle with cheese, let it melt, remove from heat and garnish with herbs.
