The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very tasty and satisfying pumpkin soup with cream.
Ingredients:
- 1 Hokkaido pumpkin
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 zucchini, carrot (optional)
- 1 head of garlic
- broth/cream/boiling water (use them to adjust the density when whipping with a blender)
- herbs, spices, oil
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the vegetables, put them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with spices, and pour over the oil. Bake for 35 minutes at 200 C.
2. Then blend everything in a blender, add broth, cream, or boiling water.
Serve with crackers and cheese!
