Delicious New Year's dessert with tangerines: very beautiful and atmospheric

No New Year's, Christmas, or any other holiday table is complete without dessert. It should not only be delicious, but also very beautiful, so that everyone wants to try it almost immediately.

A food blogger with the nickname ann food shared a great idea for a winter dessert on Instagram that everyone will definitely love. And the use of tangerines in it will create a real New Year's mood.

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • Milk - 200 ml
  • Cream 33% - 200 ml
  • Vanilla sugar - 10 grams
  • Gelatin - 15-20 grams + 100 ml of water
  • Sugar - 80 grams
  • Jelly - 1 package
  • Tangerines - 4 pcs
  • Mint - optional
  • Honey - optional
  • Coconut flakes - optional

Method of preparation

1. Pour gelatin with water and leave to swell.

2. Mix milk, cream, sugar and vanilla sugar in a saucepan. Turn on the heat and heat up.

3. Remove from heat, add gelatin, mix thoroughly and leave to cool.

4. Dip the rim of the glass first in honey and then in coconut.

5. Pour the mixture into a glass and refrigerate until it is completely frozen.

6. Dilute the jelly pack according to the instructions.

7. Pour the jelly onto the frozen creamy surface and add the tangerines.

8. Garnish with mint leaves if desired and refrigerate until the jelly has completely set.
