Delicious liver pancake cake that will not be bitter: an interesting recipe

Ingredients for pancakes
- liver - 400 g
- onion - 1 pc
- flour - 150-200 g
- milk - ½ glass
- eggs - 3 pcs
- oil - 3 tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- black pepper
Ingredients for the filling
- mayonnaise
- garlic
- boiled eggs
- fried carrots and onions
- processed cheese
- dill
How to cook
1. Prepare the pancakes. Beat liver and onion in a blender.
2. Add flour, milk, eggs and spices and beat again until smooth.
3. Fry the pancakes.
4. Spread the finished pancake with mayonnaise and top with carrots and onions.
5. Cover with another pancake, grease with mayonnaise and lay out grated eggs.
6. Cover the pancake again, spread with mayonnaise, grate processed cheese on top and sprinkle with dill.
7. Repeat until you run out of pancakes.
8. Put in the fridge for 2 hours.
