Delicious fried champignons in a hurry: how to prepare a versatile dish for any occasion

Champignons are a very versatile and easy-to-cook product. They do not require a large number of ingredients or long processing for a good taste. You just need to fry the mushrooms properly.

The idea of cooking quick fried champignons was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname valway ka. Be sure to use a delicate sauce for serving.

Ingredients:

  • small champignons - 0.5 kg.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 3-4 cloves
  • soy sauce - 3-4 tbsp
  • smoked paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • chili - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Heat a frying pan well with oil.

2. Pour the washed and dry mushrooms into the pan.

3. Fry on maximum heat for 5-7 minutes until they turn golden.

4. Add onion and garlic.

5. Fry on maximum heat for another 5-7 minutes.

6. Add spices.

7. Serve with sauce and herbs

For the sauce, mix the following ingredients in a 1:1 ratio

  • add yogurt without additives and sour cream
  • garlic
  • salt/pepper
