Delicious potatoes with sauce
Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 5 pcs.
- Salt, pepper – to taste
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
For the sauce:
- Greek yogurt – 150 g
- Cilantro – 5 sprigs
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Pickled cucumbers – 4 pcs.
- Salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, cut them into cubes, put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment, add salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.

2. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
At what temperature to cook potatoes
3. Sauce: mix yogurt with chopped cilantro, add garlic and finely chopped pickles, salt and pepper, and mix.
