Ingredients for the base
- Digestive biscuits - 300 g
- Butter - 150 gr
Ingredients for the filling
- Cream cheese - 560 gr
- Powdered sugar - 120 g
- Vanilla extract - 2 tsp.
- Cream - 200 ml
Method of preparation
1. Grind the cookies into crumbs and mix with melted butter.
2. Put it in a parchment-lined baking dish and smooth the layer.
3. Mix all the ingredients for the filling, except for the cream, and beat with a mixer until smooth.
4. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and add to the filling. Stir to combine.
5. Spread the filling on the cheesecake base. Smooth it out and put it in the fridge overnight.
