Delicious and juicy schnitzel for lunch: how to cook for the whole family to enjoy
Schnitzel is a meat main course that resembles a chop in some ways but is not. It can be cooked in the oven or deep-fried. Either way, it will be extremely tasty.
Food blogger Mykhailo Katsurin shared on Instagram how to make schnitzel juicy. He claims that it takes only 25 minutes to prepare this dish and requires minimal effort.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Flour - 50 g
- Oil - ½ cup
- Salt
- Pepper
- Breadcrumbs
Method of preparation:
1. Open and pound the chicken fillet, add salt and pepper.
2. Dip the chicken in flour, then in a beaten egg, and in Japanese panko breadcrumbs.
3. Fry in a frying pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
