Delicious and healthy salad with shrimp, avocado and dressing: 10 minutes to prepare
Homemade salads can be made with vegetables, herbs, cheese, seafood, and eggs. It is best to dress salads with oil rather than mayonnaise.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious and satisfying salad with shrimp, avocado, and arugula on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Mixed lettuce or arugula
- Shrimp
- Avocado
- Cream cheese
- Cherry tomatoes
- Dried garlic
Dressing:
- Olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and mustard
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the salad greens, dry them and put them on a dish. Add the tomatoes.
2. Peel, rinse and marinate the shrimp in a mixture of salt + dried garlic + olive oil. Fry in a preheated frying pan for 2 minutes on each side.
3. Blend avocado pulp with cream cheese in a 1:1 ratio, add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread with a piping bag or just a teaspoon!
