Cutlets are the perfect meat dish for lunch. You can choose any favorite garnish, as well as add fresh salad and canned food. However, it is not always possible to make the products juicy because the meat is very easy to dry out. The following technology is perfect for this case.

The idea of making juicy meat patties for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Alex Mil (mil alexx). You'll also have a delicious gravy to go with it.

Ingredients for cutlets:

  • minced chicken - 350 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt, pepper
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • oil for frying

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • mushrooms - 150 g
  • onion - 50 g
  • sour cream - 100-150 g
  • water - 100 g
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Add chopped onion, 2 tbsp of breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, egg to the minced meat.

2. Mix everything.

3. Pour oil into a frying pan and fry the cutlets until golden on both sides.

4. Remove them from the pan.

5. Fry the chopped mushrooms, garlic and onion until golden brown. Add salt.

6. Add sour cream, pour in water, and add pepper. To make the sauce thick, add a spoonful of flour.

7. Mix everything and put the cutlets.

8. Cook with the lid closed for 15 minutes over medium heat.
