Crispy puff pastry pies with julienne: quick and easy recipe for the whole family

Ingredients
- puff pastry - 500 g
- mushrooms - 400 g
- onion - 1 pc
- 20% sour cream - 150 g
- flour - 1 tbsp
- cheese - 150 g
- butter - 20 g
- olive oil - 1 tbsp
- salt
- spices to taste
- greens
- egg yolk + milk - for greasing
Method of preparation
1. Fry the chopped onion in vegetable oil until translucent.
2. Add chopped mushrooms and spices and fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add sour cream and salt, mix everything and simmer over low heat for another 3 minutes .
4. Cut the puff pastry in half, roll it out lightly and place it on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
5. Make cuts on all sides (1 cm from the edge) and form the sides.
6. Put half of the grated cheese and fried mushrooms and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
7. Bake at 200° for about 35 minutes.
