Crispy bon-bon wings: a dish that will decorate your table
Almost everyone loves juicy bon-bon chicken wings. This recipe is the most popular among all not only because of the incredible crispiness of the dish, but also because of its interesting appearance.
A food blogger with the nickname v.vanilinka shared how to make bon-bon wings on Instagram. Although this recipe requires a lot of effort, it will be fully justified by the incredible taste of the finished dish.
Ingredients:
- Chicken wings - 600 gr
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil - 500-800 ml
Ingredients for breading:
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Water - 2 tbsp
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
Method of preparation:
1. Divide the wing by joints and use only two fleshy parts. Set aside the tips.
2. Separate the meat from the bone and turn it out, forming a ball of meat at the tip of the bone.
3. Season with salt and pepper, add your favorite spices if desired, and leave to marinate for an hour under the foil.
4. Dip the wings first in flour, then in eggs mixed with water and salt, and in breadcrumbs.
5. Heat the oil in a saucepan to 170-180 degrees. If you don't have a thermometer, you can use a wooden skewer or toothpick. Dip it into the oil. If bubbles appear, the oil is sufficiently hot.
6. Take the bon-bon by the cleaned part of the bone and dip it in hot oil.
7. Fry over medium-high heat until golden brown and place on a towel or sieve to remove excess fat.
8. Put the dish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
