  • cottage cheese - 350 g
  • egg - 1 pc + 1 yolk
  • flour - 70-100 g
  • grated cheese - 180 g
  • dill - a bunch
  • baking powder - a pinch
  • salt
  • pepper
  • egg yolk - for greasing
  • sesame seeds

Method of preparation

1. Mix all the ingredients and form bagels by moistening your hands.

2. Put them on parchment and bake at 180-200°C for 30 minutes.
