Chicken wings in sauce at home: they will taste better than KFC

Almost everyone loves chicken wings, regardless of how they are cooked. Nevertheless, many housewives try to make them as similar as possible to those sold in a well-known fast food chain.

But food blogger Alex Mil went even further. On Instagram, he posted his own recipe for cooking chicken wings and claims that you can't buy such deliciousness anywhere, but can only cook it yourself.

Ingredients

• Chicken wings - 700 gr
• Provencal herbs
• Dried garlic
• Pepper
• Smoked paprika
• Oil - 2 tbsp
• Flour - 2-3 tbsp

Ingredients for the sauce

• Butter - 20 gr
• Honey - 20 g
• Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
• Ketchup - 3-4 tbsp
• Chili pepper - 2 tsp
• Smoked paprika - 2 tsp.

Method of preparation

1. Divide the chicken wings into two parts along the tendon.

2. Add the herbs of Provence, dried garlic, smoked paprika, pepper, pour in the oil and mix. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.

3. Dredge the wings in flour, put them on parchment and put them in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.

4. Start preparing the sauce 5 minutes before the wings are done baking. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add honey, ketchup, paprika, hot pepper and lemon juice. Stir until smooth and cook for another 1 minute.

5. Turn off the heat of the sauce, add the wings to it, mix well and the dish is ready.
