Ingredients
- chicken thighs - 4-6 pcs
- orange - 2 pcs
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- salt - 1 tsp
- smoked paprika - 1 tsp
- ground black pepper - ½ tsp
- rosemary - a few sprigs
Method of preparation
1. Wash the chicken thighs, dry them with a paper towel and put them in a baking dish.
2. Cut 1 orange into 2 halves. Squeeze the juice into a separate bowl, add soy sauce, sugar, salt, paprika, pepper, and garlic, stir until the sugar dissolves and pour over the thighs. Sprinkle with orange zest to taste.
3. Put in the refrigerator to marinate for 1-2 hours.
4. Take it out, put rosemary on top if desired, and baken at 200 degrees for 40-60 minutes or until the meat is ready.
5. During the process, you can pour more marinade. At the end, you can also turn on convection function for 5-7 minutes for a golden crust.
6. Remove the baked rosemary. Garnish with sliced oranges and fresh rosemary if desired.
