Chicken cutlets will never be dry again: the perfect recipe

Chicken cutlets often turn out dry. This is because the meat is low in fat. Therefore, to get a really tasty dish, you need to combine the right ingredients.

The idea of cooking juicy chicken cutlets with cheese and garlic was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Maria Tyshyk (mariiatishik). This dish is also quite dietary because it is baked.

Ingredients:

  • minced chicken - 750 g
  • one medium onion - 65 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • garlic - 5-6 cloves
  • hard cheese - 70 g
  • breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp
  • spices - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Add spices, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs to the minced meat.

2. Grate hard cheese and add to the base too.

3. Grate the onion on a fine grater.

4. Squeeze the garlic and add beaten eggs (you can beat with a blender).

5. Mix everything thoroughly.

6. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and moisten your hands.

7. Form the cutlets and put them on a baking sheet.

8. Bake at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
