Ingredients:
- kefir – 1 cup
- flour – 0.5 cups
- instant oatmeal – 0.5 cups
- apples – 2 pcs.
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
- cinnamon – a pinch
- vanilla – a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Mix flour, cereal, eggs, and kefir until smooth.
2. Let stand for a while to allow the flakes to swell.
3. Add baking powder and, if desired, cinnamon and vanilla.
4. Peel the apples and cut them into cubes.
5. Add to the dough and mix well.
5. Put in a well-buttered mold (if the mold is silicone, then there is no need to grease it).
6. Put it in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees for 30-35 minutes (depending on the oven capacity).
