Ingredients:

  • minced chicken – 400 g.
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • fresh herbs
  • chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • salt, favorite spices
  • flour – 2 tbsp
  • potatoes – 6-7 pcs.
  • sour cream – 1 tbsp
  • water – 200 g.
  • tomato paste – 2 tbsp.
  • hard cheese – 150 g

Method of preparation:

1. Add chopped onion, herbs, egg, spices, and flour to the minced meat. Mix thoroughly.

2. Boil the potatoes, mash them, add spices and sour cream, and mix.

3. Form into balls and place in a baking dish.

4. Mix water with tomato paste and add to the mold.

5. Cover with foil, and put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

6. Sprinkle with grated cheese, and put in the oven for another 10 minutes.
