Buckwheat with chicken and vegetables: a recipe for a healthy and tasty dinner dish
Buckwheat is a very healthy and valuable cereal that goes well with vegetables, any meat, and frying. You don't need to cook it, just pour it overnight with kefir or boiling water.

Ingredients:
- Chicken legs – 5 pcs.
- Salt, pepper
- Onions – 1-2 pcs.
- Carrots – 1 pc.
- Sweet pepper – 1 pc.
- Buckwheat – 1 cup
- Broth or water – 3 cups
- Dried parsley
- Garlic – 1 pc.
- Bay leaf
- Fresh herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Season the chicken legs with salt and pepper and fry until golden brown on all sides.
2. Cut the onion into rings and dice the carrots. Fry in the same pan for a few minutes. Dice the pepper and add to the pan, then fry.
3. Add buckwheat to the vegetables, stir, and fry for a minute. Add broth or water, dried herbs, and chicken legs. Then put in the halved, unpeeled garlic. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes until tender.
Add bay leaf and chopped fresh herbs at the end!
