Ingredients
- Baguette
- Red pepper
- Creamy cream cheese
- Arugula
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Spices to taste
- Balsamic sauce
- Chopped nuts
Method of preparation
1. Drizzle the pepper with a little oil, sprinkle with salt, and put in the oven. Bake at 200°C for 20-30 minutes until charred.
2. Cool, peel, chop, season with olive oil, and add spices to taste. Leave for 10-15 minutes.
3. Slice the baguette and fry it in a drop of oil until it is crispy.
4. Rub with garlic, spread with cream cheese, add arugula and pepper.
5. Drizzle with balsamic sauce and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
