The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for a delicious and hearty Pink Flamingo salad made with beets, processed cheese and crab sticks.
Ingredients:
- boiled beets - 2 pcs
- salt - to taste
- ground black pepper - a pinch
- garlic - 1 clove
- processed cheese - 2 pcs
- crab sticks - 220 g
- mayonnaise - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the boiled beets, add a clove of garlic, passed through a press, salt and pepper and mix.
2. Grate the cheese and cut the crab sticks into cubes.
3. Assemble the salad in layers: beets, mayonnaise, processed cheese, mayonnaise, boiled eggs, mayonnaise, crab sticks, and mayonnaise again. Garnish with dill and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
