Beautiful New Year's Pomegranate salad: how to easily prepare at home
The New Year's dishes should look festive. That's why, on the eve of the holidays, housewives start looking for not only tasty but also beautiful recipes for various appetizers and salads.
Food blogger Valeria Veligura shared on of them on Instagram. She explained how to make a gorgeous Pomegranate salad.
Ingredients
- chicken fillet - 350 g
- pomegranate - 1 pc
- walnuts - 75 g
- mayonnaise - 75 g
- sour cream - 75 g
- garlic - 1-2 cloves
- hops-suneli - 1 tsp
- boiled beetroot - 1 pc
- salt
- pepper
Method of preparation
1. Boil the meat until tender and divide it into fibers.
2. Remove pomegranate tail and take out the seeds.
3. In a deep bowl, combine the meat, 2/3 of the pomegranate seeds, chopped nuts, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and hops-suneli.
4. Put in a deep bowl and press down well. Turn over, remove and shape into a pomegranate.
5. Put back the pomegranate tail and cover with a layer of grated boiled beets.
6. Cut, take out a part of the salad, brush a little with mayonnaise or sour cream and decorate with pomegranate seeds.
