Baked sea bass in the oven: the recipe for the most successful marinade
Sea bass is a very healthy and tasty fish that is particularly tender, low in fat, and easy to digest. To preserve all these properties, it is best to bake the fish in the oven. However, don't forget to marinate it.
- Sea bass
- spices for fish
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp
- lemon - 1\2 pcs
- salt - 1 tsp
- olive oil - 2-3 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. First, you need to prepare the fish, namely cut off the fins and wash the product inside. Make cuts on one side of the fish up to the ridge.
2. To prepare the marinade, mix spices, Italian herbs, lemon, salt, olive oil, and garlic.
3. Rub the fish with the resulting mass, put it in a container, cover with foil and leave to marinate for 30-60 minutes.
4. At this stage, put the fish on a baking sheet, bake at 180-180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!
