Dorado is a very tender and soft fish. It is also dietary, so it is perfect for lunch. It does not require a variety of multi-component marinades, just spices and lemon.

Ingredients:

  • dorado fish - 2 pcs
  • salt - 1.5 tsp
  • pepper
  • lemon juice
  • oil - 3-4 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. Clean the fish and remove the insides.

2. Mix the spices.

3. Chop 2 onions and a bell pepper

4. Put the vegetables on foil.

5. Brush the fish on all sides with the dressing.

7. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
