Ingredients
- Rice - 80 gr.
- Milk - 400 ml.
- Eggs - 5 pcs.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.
- Butter - 100 gr.
- Salt - a pinch
- Cherries - to taste
Method of preparation.
1. Rinse the rice and boil for 2 minutes, put it on a towel to dry.
2. Boil the milk, add sugar, butter, salt and rice, cook for 5 minutes over low heat, stir.
3. At the end, add the beaten eggs with 1 spoonful of sugar, do not beat hard, just with a fork.
4. Pour in the eggs in a trickle, slowly, and cook for just 1-2 minutes over low heat.
5. Turn off and wrap in a towel for 3 hours.
