Atmospheric chocolate orange cake: a recipe for delicious winter pastries

Food blogger Kseniia Radostina shared on Instagram how to make a chocolate-orange cake that will give you a feeling of home comfort with its aroma. This product can create a real Christmas atmosphere.

Ingredients
- Eggs – 2 pcs
- Sugar – 100 gr
- Vanilla – a pinch
- Ground cinnamon – a pinch
- Melted butter – 150 g
- Sour cream – 150 g
- Flour – 1 cup
- Baking powder – 10 g
- Cocoa – 3 tsp
- Orange zest – 1 pc
- Orange – 1 piece
Method of preparation
1. Combine the eggs with sugar and spices in a deep bowl.
Mix the eggs with the sugar.

2. Stir with a whisk and add the melted butter. Stir again.
3. Add sour cream and cocoa. Mix until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients.

4. Add the orange zest and pulp, and cut into small pieces. Stir to combine.
5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish.

6. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
