Apple pie "Mistress": delicious pastries for tea with an unusual name

Ingredients
- Peeled apples - 1100 g
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon - 1.5 tsp.
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Corn starch - 3 tsp.
- Lemon juice
Method of preparation.
1. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. Drizzle with lemon juice.

2. Combine cinnamon, starch and sugar in a separate bowl.
3. Grease a baking dish with butter.

4. Pour the honey into the bottom of the mold and put a layer of apples on top.
5. Sprinkle the apples through a sieve with a mixture of spices and starch.
6. Repeat the steps until the mold is full.

7. Cover the mold with foil and bake for 1 hour at 160 degrees.
