The idea of preparing a budget bell pepper appetizer was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna with the nickname ann food. You need a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • white pepper - 1 kg.
  • dill
  • salt - 1 tsp (or optional)
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves
  • oil - 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Bake the peppers in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

2. Remove and place in a saucepan.

3. Leave on for 10-20 minutes.

4. Peel and cut into large pieces.

5. Add spices, garlic, oil and herbs.

6. You can put it in the refrigerator for an hour to marinate better.
