A win-win appetizer for any occasion: how to make delicious liver pate in a hurry
Liver pate can be a great option for a budget-friendly and delicious appetizer. It can be spread simply on bread or a toasted baguette. It will be much healthier than store-bought spreads.
The idea of making the most delicious liver pate was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Maryna Frolova (marina frolova). You will need a minimal amount of ingredients.
Ingredients:
- liver - 400 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- butter
- salt/pepper
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the liver from the film and veins.
2. Rinse well, chop.
3. Fry over medium heat until tender.
4. Fry onions and carrots separately.
5. Add the oil and roast to the liver.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Beat with a blender.
