Juicy seasonal pumpkin can be used to make homemade latte. This drink will not only be very tasty, but also healthy. It's just what you need for the cool season.
The idea of making the most delicious pumpkin latte is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasia with the nickname anny.cooking. Pumpkin should be added in the form of puree.
Ingredients for 2 large lattes of 350-400 ml:
- milk - 400 ml.
- pumpkin puree - 100 g
- sugar/honey/sweetener
- cinnamon - 1 stick
- spices: nutmeg on the tip of a knife, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, 5 cloves, cardamom and 2-3 anise stars each
- espresso - 2 servings for 1 coffee
- whipped cream, cinnamon for garnishing
Method of preparation:
1. Add the baked pumpkin puree to the milk.
2. Add sugar and spices.
3. Heat until the milk is hot.
4. Pour half of it into a glass.
5. Beat until foamy.
6. Pour in the espresso.
7. Garnish with cream and cinnamon.
8. Pumpkin puree can be made as follows: bake the pumpkin until soft and whip it in a blender. It can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
