Residents of the Russian city of Kursk report another fire in the city. The flames in the area of the Kursk Tractor Parts Plant are visible even beyond the horizon.

The head of the National Security and Defense Council's Center for Countering Disinformation, Andriy Kovalenko, ironically wished the residents good night and showed a video of the fire. However, neither local authorities nor Ukrainian defenders have officially reported what exactly happened in the city.

Only the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kursk region stated that fire and rescue units responded to a report of a fire. Preliminarily, a sawmill on 1st Mokovsky Street is on fire.

Kursk residents did not complain about the explosions. But they have been complaining about fires in the area for three days in a row.

People also complain about the lack of electricity and water in their homes in the KZTZ area.

The Kursk Tractor Spare Parts Plant named after the 50th Anniversary of the USSR has not been operating for the last twenty years, and only in 2019 did the city announce the revival of the enterprise. Theoretically, it could be used to service military armored vehicles.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, the Oskol Ugarov Electrometallurgical Plant, the only full-cycle metallurgical enterprise in Russia, has stopped working in Stary Oskol in Russia. This happened after kamikaze drones hit two major power substations in the Belgorod region on the night of July 1.

Also, explosions were heard in the Russian city of Belgorod on the afternoon of July 3. A massive fire broke out at a service station on the outskirts of the city; local authorities reported the destruction of "12 missiles" and injuries as a result of falling debris.
