A delicious appetizer for wine: pears and gorgonzola cheese will come in handy
It has long been no secret that pears can be used to make many different appetizers that are perfect with wine. By adding just a few ingredients and a little love, you get an incredible taste and an unrivaled flavor.
For example, a food blogger with the nickname tysiagotuje.pl showed her favorite wine appetizer with pears on Instagram. As it turned out, you also need gorgonzola cheese.
Ingredients
- Pears – 4 pieces
- Cranberries – 8 tsp
- Peace gorgonzola – 50 gr
- Walnuts – 20 gr
- Liquid honey
- Arugula
- Balsamic vinegar if desired
Method of preparation
1. Cut the pears in half and remove the seeds.
2. Put cranberries, cheese, and chopped nuts in the fruit cavity.
3. Drizzle with honey and put in a preheated 180-degree oven for 25 minutes, or until the pears are tender.
4. Put the finished dish on a pillow of arugula and pour balsamic vinegar over it, if desired.
