A delicious and very original appetizer made from simple toast: how to make
Have you ever tried garlic toast? It seems like an ordinary breakfast dish, but when served properly, it easily turns into an incredibly beautiful and original appetizer.
Food blogger Cynthia Rangel shared how to make a toast appetizer on Instagram. This dish can even be used to serve on a festive table.
Ingredients
- Toast
- Olive oil
- Dried oregano or parsley - 3 tsp
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Method of preparation.
1. Mix olive oil, oregano and garlic in a bowl and leave to soak for a while.
2. Make notches on each side of the toast slices. Fold them into a star shape.
3. Brush the toast slices with the olive oil mixture.
4. Place the slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes at 200 degrees. Until golden and crispy.
