Japanese hoverbike presented in Detroit
The world's first flying motorcycle, the XTurismo, was unveiled at the Detroit Motor Show. It can stay in the air for 40 minutes and accelerate to 100 km/h.
This was reported by Reuters on 18 September. It is noted that the Japanese company AERWINS Technologies plans to launch hoverbike production in the United States in 2023 (to watch the video, scroll to the end).

"This is amazing! Of course you have a little apprehension, but I was so excited. I literally have goosebumps and I feel like a little kid," said Ted Schott, co-chairman of the showroom, after a short test drive.
The hoverbike is currently sold only in Japan. It costs $777 thousand. A smaller version of the flying motorcycle is being prepared for sale in the U.S. Its price may be reduced to $50,000 by 2025.
