Shrimp can be cooked at any time of the year, they do not have a certain seasonality. For such a product most often use a variety of marinades. But it is very delicious to fry shrimp in batter. They turn out crispy and juicy.

Ingredients for the batter:

  • 1 egg.
  • 50 ml water
  • 50-60g flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • 2 tbsp. sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove
  • greens
  • salt, pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

 

1. Defrost the shrimp, peel if necessary.

2. For the batter mix the egg, water, salt, sugar and flour until smooth.

 

 

3. Dip each shrimp in flour and fry in batter.

4. Fry in plenty of oil for a few minutes on both sides until golden brown.

 

 

5. Take out on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.

6. For the sauce, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, soy sauce, garlic, greens, salt and pepper.
