- beets - 1 pc
- sour cream cheese - 100 g
- Philadelphia - 100 g
- green onion
- mixed salad
- pumpkin seeds (fried)
- salt
- pepper

1. Cut the beets into thin slices, drizzle with oil, salt them a little, and grill them (you can boil the beets or bake them in the oven).

2. Philadelphia mix with sour milk cheese, add finely chopped green onions, a little dried garlic, salt, pepper and mix everything until smooth.
