Explosions erupted in the capital of Russia's aggressor country Moscow on the morning of 24 July, with Russians complaining of a "Ukrainian UAV attack" that blew out windows on the upper floors of a business center. Smoke was visible near the building of the Russian Defense Ministry.
Russian propaganda Telegram channels indicated that the explosions were heard around 04:00, they were also confirmed by the city's mayor, Sergei Sobyanin, who claimed a drone attack. According to OBOZREVATEL's sources, this "bauvna" is the result of an operation by the Ukrainian Defense Ministry's GUR - one of the drones fell near an institution that is engaged in cyber offensive (to view photos and video, scroll down to the end of the news).
"Today around four o'clock in the morning drone strikes were recorded on two non-residential buildings. There are no serious destructions and victims. All operational services are working on the spot," he wrote.

"Residents of different districts of the capital in South-West Administrative District and South Administrative District reported to us about at least three claps in the sky. At the moment there is no exact information about what happened," the report says.
It was also noted that the roof of the building of the "Central Military Orchestra of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation" at the address: Moscow, Komsomolsky Prospekt, 18, was damaged.

Later, RosSMI published a video of the alleged UAV flight over Moscow, as well as footage of the damage, which they called "the consequences of the crash of Ukrainian drones."
"The photo shows a damaged business center building on Likhachev Avenue. The second drone fell, presumably, in the area of Komsomolsky Avenue. Non-residential buildings were damaged after their crash, there are no casualties," the propagandists claimed, citing data from the authorities.
