Supercomputer predicted the winner of the Champions League

Oleksandr ChekanovLife
The Champions League final will take place on June 10

The Five Thirty Eight supercomputer has named Manchester City as the future winner of the Champions League. The company's analysts have updated their forecast for the final result of the tournament after the first stage of the play-offs, which determined all the quarter-finalists.

Using the Soccer Power Index method, the computer estimated the chances of Pep Guardiola's team winning the final tournament at 33%. At the same time, the machine has virtually no doubt that City will be one of the finalists in the current CL draw, giving it a 52% chance.

Bayern Munich (23%) and Real Madrid (14%) are next on the list of the main favourites of the tournament. The success rate of the Italian championship leader Napoli reaches 11%.

Five Thirty Eight calls two Milan teams - Inter (4%) and A.C. Milan (2%) - the least likely winners of the Champions League. It is worth noting that the pairs of the quarter-finals of the tournament will be known following the draw, which will take place on Friday, March 17. The final will take place on June 10 in Istanbul.

As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, in the round of 16 of the Champions League, Erling Haaland repeated the record of Shakhtar best striker.
