Russian Federation complained of drone attacks on Kaluga and Tver regions

Russia complained about the nighttime "terrorist attack by the Kyiv regime" on September 16 again. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, two drones attempted to attack some objects on the territory of the Russian Federation.

However, the Russian Air Defense Ministry headed by Sergei Shoigu assures that it has once again defeated all enemies. The UAVs were allegedly shot down over the Kaluga and Tver regions of the Russian Federation.

"On September 16, a night attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack on targets in the Russian Federation with two UAVs was prevented. The Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed by Air Defense systems over the territories of Kaluga and Tver regions," the Russian Defense Ministry said.

The Russian Defense Ministry did not say where exactly the "destroyed drones" fell. They also did not include the standard narrative that "there were no casualties or damage."

The Tver region of the Russian Federation complained about an attack on a chemical plant on September 13, the Redkin Research Plant. The drone, according to the Russians, which tried to attack the enterprise, was allegedly detected and eliminated at five o'clock in the morning, with wreckage falling on the territory of the plant.

The plant produces chemicals for the Russian aviation and space industry.
