Czech President Petr Pavel commented on the distributed video of the execution of a Ukrainian prisoner of war by Russians. He noted that if the crime could be proven true, it would put Russian soldiers next to ISIS.

This was reported by the publication Ceskerovinu. Pavel noted that Russian soldiers have already committed a large number of crimes.

According to the Czech president, the authenticity of the recording cannot be confirmed, so he cannot comment on a specific case. However, he noted that there are a large number of other documented facts of Russian soldiers committing crimes that should be condemned and have no place in the modern world.

"If this is confirmed, it would put Russian soldiers next to the Islamic State, which we should all condemn," the Czech leader declared.

Paul noted that he was referring to the terrorist organization that has become notorious for its brutal executions of prisoners in Iraq and Syria, ISIS.

The day before, on April 11, a shocking video of the execution of a Ukrainian prisoner of war by Russian occupants appeared on the Internet. The executioners cut off the head of the still alive soldier.

The Security Service of Ukraine has already launched a pre-trial investigation into this gruesome war crime by the Russian hijackers. The head of the service, Vasily Malyuk, assured that the killers would be found wherever they were.

The very next day, CNN said it had found another video of the beheading of Ukrainian soldiers. The footage of the bodies of the two warriors without heads or arms lying on the ground appears to have been taken very recently.

CNN journalists also determined that the execution was carried out by the mercenaries of the Wagner PMC.

As reported by OBOZREVATEL, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has already spoken about the shocking crime of the invaders. He stressed: "there is something that no one in the world can ignore," and these gruesome footage requires an immediate reaction from all world leaders. After all, Russia has been committing similar atrocities against Ukrainians throughout the war, so putting an end to the terror of the atrocities is the task of the entire world.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba called for kicking the aggressor country out of the UN Security Council after the video of the execution of a military man, adding that the Russian Federation, which now chairs the Security Council, has long surpassed even the ISIS terrorists in brutality.
