Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry "ears" - 600-750 g
  • milk - 900 ml
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • sugar - 100-150 grams
  • starch - 70 g
  • butter - 200 gr

Method of preparation:

1. Custard: pour half the milk into a saucepan, preferably non-stick. Mix the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, starch and the other half of the milk. Pour the egg-milk mixture into the hot milk in a thin stream and stir constantly until it thickens. When the cream has thickened, leave it to cool to a warm temperature, add the oil to room temperature and stir.
