Law enforcement officers found the wreckage of a Russian X-101 cruise missile on the edge of a forest in the Brovary district of Kyiv region. It was shot down by Ukrainian air defence forces.

This was reported to OBOZREVATEL by Iryna Pryanishnikova, a representative of the Kyiv regional police. Law enforcement officers and explosives experts are working at the scene.

"Police in the Brovary district found the wreckage of an X-101 cruise missile on the edge of the forest. The missile carries up to half a tonne of TNT. If it had hit, the consequences would have been large-scale. It was shot down by our air defence forces. This is not a false alarm," Pryanishnikova emphasised.

On Friday, April 28, the terrorist country of the Russian Federation launched another missile attack on Ukraine at night. Air defence units shot down all the enemy targets that the enemy used to attack the Kyiv region, but unfortunately, a child was injured as a result of the falling debris.
