English-speaking blogger Stefanie Maccabee surprised her followers with an unusual life hack that saved her old sweater. A few years ago, she ordered a sweater but miscalculated the size, so she hardly wore it all this time.

However, a simple secret was able to revive the old item. Stefanie demonstrated the fashion trick on TikTok, and the video garnered 140 thousand likes (scroll to the bottom of the page to see the photo).

The blogger put on a gray knitted sweater that was ugly on her figure, with the other side turned up. Thus, the neck was fixed at the waist, and the wide bottom part exposed Stefanie's shoulders and back.

It helped the blogger with curves to create the right accents and visually reduce body proportions.

Interestingly, this technique can be used not only on basic sweaters. Stefanie showed how her button-down sweater turned into a more stylish version.

When she wore the sweater backwards, it looked much better. The hem served as a new neckline at the bottom, and the excess fabric was draped to form a hood-like cutout in the front.
