Ingredients:

  • eggs
  • raw beet
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp. for every 50 ml. of juice
  • water
  • salt - 1-2 tsp. per 1 liter of water

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the eggs for about 7-10 minutes.

2. Peel the beets, grate and squeeze the juice, strain it through a sieve or gauze.

3. Add the vinegar to the juice, stir.

5. Transfer the eggs to a plate and let them dry well. Do not rub with oil so that the color is even.
